Contact the Testing Center or the Program Advisor for testing requirements. Testing requirements are based on the unique needs of the certificate program.
Prepares students for a career in law enforcement. Students will receive a certificate enabling them to sit for the State Examination by Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) to become a Licensed Peace Officer. The hours will also apply toward an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice Law Enforcement. Students desiring entrance into this program must contact the Program Advisor or Criminal Justice programs for instructions.
